Recruitment Process
Step 1: Online application
Your first step is to complete your profile and application form through a mobile device or computer. This will take around 20 minutes and is your first chance to impress. You’ll be asked to provide us with details of your education, positions of responsibility and work experience, and career motivation.

Step 2: Online test
As part of your application, you’ll sit a series of online tests. These include Ability Tests and an Occupational Personality Questionnaire. The Ability Test includes Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning and Logical Reasoning. We’ll send you an invitation to take the tests once your application has been shortlisted.

Step 3: Group assessment
Once you pass the online tests, you’ll be invited to attend a group assessment. This four-step process includes self-reading, peer group discussion, a presentation and a question-and-answer session. If you are overseas and are unable to attend the group assessment, we will contact you individually to suggest alternative arrangements.
Step 4: Partner interview
If you impress at the group assessment, you’ll be asked to interview with one of our Deloitte partners or directors. Be ready to talk about yourself for around 30 minutes and give examples which show how your competencies fit the role. The best way to make an impact? Be yourself and be prepared.
